- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was a customer for over fifty years; State Farm Agency failed listen to my concerns about high insurance costs. After checking around found that I was being overcharged for several years on my farm and ranch policy. There seems to be a communication problem with agency. No call backs as stated.
